The premise of this assignment is that the Walt Disney Company is launching a Frozen-themed cafe.

I choose an existing suitable journalist and media outlet to help Disney to promote this event and target more desired audiences. In this pitching letter, I need to make this event attractive to make this journalist willing to post on his blog.

I did a lot of researches to have a better understanding of how Disney achieved their goals of diversity, equity and inclusion. The presentation includes different diversity strategies of Disney, such as employees recruitment, film production and LGBTQ+ inclusion.

In this writing, I develop a messaging strategy for Disney that supports this. I demonstrate the paid, earned, shared and owned channels of the PESO model require a unique message that can resonate across channels with a target audience.

E-Newsletter

Part A: I create a CEO messaging asking for support of a "Reading Stories Together" event in New York. The intended audience of this letter is every stakeholder of Disney.
